Let's start with the basics,
Universal Precautions. The fact that your viewing this site says something about you
already. You're someone who wants to help other people. Before we can help
others, we first need to protect ourselves. A fireman would never run into a burning
building without the proper gear, it just wouldn't be safe. And likewise you
shouldn't perform CPR or First Aid without first protecting yourself. |

the most simple ones. The most basic but also the most used tools in Emergency
